Mi Casa was started by friends in April 2004, as a way of spreading their passion for house music to a wider audience. Having been bedroom DJs for many years they took their chance and decided to host their own night at City Bar. 

This began as a residents only night with Chris Thomas and Matt Reid bringing their unique sound of deep house and jackin' Chicago beats to Chester .

The nights have been a great success and have led to Chris and Matt having DJs Sam Baron and Binny laying down the grooves at Mi Casa plus major players from the underground house scene.

Al Bradley (3am Recordings), Atomphunk (3am) and Jacob (3am , Peaches and Music For Freaks) have graced the decks and rocked the crowds.

Heather Doble, one half of acclaimed production duo Sound Navigators, came over from Chicago and wowed everyone with deep jackin' grooves and her original style.

July 2005 brought the much respected duo The Homegrown DJs, Adam B and Tom Golden, to Mi Casa and they're back as part of their 3rd birthday tour in October.
